Failure is not an Option

Why do we fear failure?

We know if we fail, that it is not the end.

 Psalm 37 : 23-24

"The steps of good men are directed by the Lord. He delights in each step they take. If they fall it isn't fatal, for the Lord holds them with His hand."

Why do we need to drop our heads every time then. God is there to help us up, He is there to guide us making the right choices to achieve success. Failure is part of growing, and we need to grow to be a better person in life. God put failure in our way to help us overcome certain things.

Even the best, richest, most successful people in life has failed somewhere in their life. They didn't get all the success overnight. Late nights, hard work and dedication got them to where they are today. God has put obstacles in their ways, and He has helped them overcome them.

Psalm 34 : 19

"The good man does not escape all troubles—he has them too. But the Lord helps him in each and every one."

You may fail and fall ten times in life, but the important thing is to stand up. You will never know if you don't try, the eleventh time might just bring the success. You may think it's the end when you fall down, but God will be by your side when you fail. He will be there when you get back up, and that is what matters.

 Proverbs 24 : 16

"for though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again, but the wicked are brought down by calamity."

Don't let the thought of failure bring you down, don't ever stop, not until you are done. You stop at the end, good things take time. Failure is just an obstacle, and with God we can conquer all the obstacles that try and get in the way. Failure is not an option, and it should not stand in the way of you and your dreams.

In theory this all sounds good and uplifting, but we should remember that sometimes failure can be kind of fatal, not just a stepping stone to success. Some people do manage to turn their failures into successes, but others might have their failures lead them to really bad places like homelessness. And once you're homeless, it's really hard to break the cycle and start looking for success again.

It's true what you are saying, and I back your opinion. But the person has the choice to try again. I know people who had everything, and lost literally everything. But they did not take no for an answer, and they are working their butt of everyday to make a living. They made the choice. Somewhere in life you need to make the right choices, but without God helping you make your decisions, can sometimes lead to a nasty place.

Love your post brotherbear, that is just how life works.
