Don't take me wrong but I saw some possible logical fractures in your post.

These creatures know only to smell, move, communicate very primitive, eat and lay eggs.
What will understand an ant from a human movement, a human singing, a human throwing an ant in the snow, a hunan that dies from an avalanche in front of an ant ? Or eaten by a crocodile ? Or an meteorit hitting Earth ? What an ant will think about black holes ?.....yeah, too much questions. You already got my point: there are many limits in understanding the true Reality and the forces and the meaning of all. There are biological limits and conceptual limits.
There are perspectives that we really can't even try to comprehend. Like 10 dimensions. Like the power of thought. Like teleporting in another dimensions in another Universes from the Multiverse. Like creating life from a thought. Lime shifting your structure...
Yeah, these are sci-fi, right ?
