The last sermon of the prophet s.a.w on mountain Arafat and the importance of it.
Alhamdulillah, during the last sermon of the prophet s.a.w standing on mountain Arafat, there was two advice the prophet s.a.w gave us after the long sermon.
I advice you to pray in time and to be dutiful to your wives for they trust to you. They are created from the soft rib of Adam. If you try to leave it it will remove as it is and if you try to straight it, you will break it but do it with crookedness..
Saheeh Muslim.
Whatever a Muslim or condition he is never give us solaah for it is the successful of this dunya and hereafter.
The thing that will drag the men of today into hellfire is married and being unjust to the wive.
Wallahi, our wives are not slaves but by obeying Allah that is why they marry us. They can feed themselves and they have families but they left them and want to be with us because Allah has instructed them.
Today we abuse our women like our belongings. They are trust and Allah will ask us about them and how we look after them.
The prophet s.a.w said,
Your wives are trust to you and you are the housekeeper. Allah will ask you of your sheeps and her the shepherds.(children).
Don't expect your wife to look after children and do the household activities.
Some of us see helping of wives as uncultured or childish but the best of creation,, Muhammad s.a.w use to help his wives in household activities. He used to help the Cook and care for the children.
Subhanallah, such is rewarding as there is no charity in this world like a husband giving out money for his family.
An hadith of Musa ashari r.a saying,
I heard the messenger of Allah s.a.w saying,
There is no best charity like one giving to his families. Saheeh Muslim.
