The phi flow of energy dissipation occurs from high order entropy to lower order entropy. If a flow of this nature can happen faster, then that flow will increase in magnitude. This has a directional effect on learning and development. Humans are a subset of this directional effect but may or may not be limited by our own language layer (tools or own system syntax). Only after further flow will we find out. Scale is actually not really that relevant.
