What is the difference between being religious versus spiritual? That is the question ask by our professor in our Masteral.
Religion is spiritual and spirituality can also be considered religious. One tends to be more personal and private while the other tends to incorporate public rituals and organized doctrines.
Being religious means belonging to an established religious order, whether large or small. It is a cluster of beliefs that is not our own.
While Spirituality is about being in touch with your inner self and the life-force that animates the universe. It’s about “values” and “reflection.
