The Trinity Tradition - A False Doctrine

In religion, a tradition is a doctrine that is believed to have divine authority even though it is not found in the Scriptures.

The doctrine of the Trinity is a tradition. It has been passed down for many generations as truth, even though it is not found in the Scriptures. The Trinity is a tradition of men, a creation of the Roman Catholic Church, and is a corruption of the Chrisian Faith.

Who is God? God is the Creator, the origin of all things. God is almighty and above all. God is one.

Mark 12:
29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

Jesus is quoting Deuteronomy 6:4 as he spoke here and declared that the Lord God is one Lord. This is the clear, common, and consistent teaching among the Jews. God is not divided in any way, He is one and He is the only. Note that Lord should be LORD as per the original verse:

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:

The scribe agreed, there is one God and there is none other than he. God is referred to in the singular form of HE. The scribe did not assume that Jesus was God and Jesus did not refer to himself as God in any way.

So who is God?

1 Corinthians 8:6:
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

The one God is the Father. The Father alone holds the title of God. Jesus is Christ and Lord, a position given to him by God. The simplicity of it is beautiful and it brings so much more understanding to the Scriptures. In further studies I will continue to show you clearly that the Father alone is God and Jesus is the Son of God, our Savior; Not God, but sent from God to redeem us. In this, I hope to give you a better understanding of truth.

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Do you believe Jesus is God?

Sort:

God bless you! I appreciate your study. I believe in one God. I believe that Jesus is the son of God. Meaning that the Father, the invisible Spirit of God, over shadowed a virgin and she conceived. Bringing forth a child, a son, who is Jesus. Son of God.

However, scriptures reveal that the son is God. Please read Isaiah 7:14, Isaiah 9:6, John 1:1, 14.

Blessings to you in all of your studies in Jesus name!
