Today I would like to look at Hebrews 4 verse 12
12)The word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. It cuts all the way through, to where soul and spirit meet, to where joints and marrow come together. It judges the desires and thoughts of the heart.
The Word of God is revealing, we must measure our own lives and deepest desires of the heart against the Word of God. In this way we will measure our thoughts and deeds against God's measure. We can then work on correcting what is wrong with our lives.

Thanks for the post. Hebrews is probably my favorite book in the New Testament. I love the consistent intertwining with the Old Testament. It shows us just how important the Old Testament is, and how applicable it still is.
