Something I hadn't noticed before - the use of the word "generation" to refer to "a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people".
So when Jesus said, "This generation will not pass away till all be fulfilled", we here have a clear definition of what He meant." He was not setting a 25 or 40 or 70 year deadline for His return. No, he was saying what Paul also said, "We shall not all sleep, but some of us will be changed, in the twinkling of an eye at the last trumpet." There will be Christians still alive to be raptured when He returns.
