One day fasting since early morning, has made our blood glucose decreased, but it does not make our gastric acid produced more, because we had did intending, so our brain instructed the acid gastric still normal.
So when we will open the fast, it is recommended to drink first with Sweet simple sugar, mixing with fibre is better
