Interesting. I've had sever insomnia since my Traumatic Brain Injury. They haven't found anything that can help me yet. I'm learning to live with it though, it's been half of my life after all lol The brain is quite a fascinating thing :) Keep up the good work

I usually just lay down in a comfortable position, focus on my breathing and just don't engage in the thinking process at all. Just try to see the "blackness" with my eyes closed. But then again I am in the lucky ones, it usually is too easy for me to fall asleep :P Thanks for the feedback :)
