Gotta laugh about these "neighborhood zones". If someone told me "you have to stay in your zone". I'd be thrilled! I have a zone! First order of business - everyone GTFO my zone. Then I will build my zone to my specifications. I will create my own flag and demand inclusion in the UN.
Oh, what's that? It's not MY zone? It's the GOVERNMENT'S zone. So I am literally being imprisoned, without being charged with a crime nor having a trial. Got it. But, this would be totalitarianism, and the USA doesn't tolerate that. So they will have to hire a private force to keep you in the prison. Because the USA is fascist, goddamn it, not totalitarian! :)
