One day a man arrived at airport saw a well dressed businessman shouting at a porter about the manner he handled his luggage. The more infuriated the businessman became and the peaceful and more expert the porter appeared. When the abusive businessman left, one of the arrival at the scene complimented the porter on his restraint. The porter respond, "oh it was nothing," The man is going to Miami, but the bags are going to Kalamazoo. People who disrespect other fellows probably get hurt relationally and also reap other undesirable repercussions often.

I strongly believe that every human being must or deserves to be treated with respect because everyone has value irrespective of the background. I also observed giving people respect is the most effective manner of interacting with people. Hence, it doesn't mean you should demand respect in return and you must gain it. When you respect yourself, other and show aptitude. Other people will always give you respect in return. So let everyone treat others with respect and make the world a better place.
