So many things to do in a day and it is never enough
Don’t you wish you can get more than 24 hours in a day?
I sometimes wish I could, because I have so much to do
Every stress, every effort and every stretch has its effects
Our bodies are not machines, so they can wear and tear
Even machines get to the point where it will pack up
Your body needs to recover, so give the rest that is needed
Yes, you have a lot to do, but you can only do that with good health
You have places to go, but if you are broken, how would you?
When we see the signs for what our body needs, then we should give it
It is easier to give to our body what it needs than to have it demand it
Give rest to your body and enjoy it too as much as you can
Take that vacation, take that leave, and sleep early sometimes too
Never allow another person to enjoy what you have toiled for
Do it for your family, loved ones and of course, for yourself
