I feel that when it comes to any blacklist it should pertain to plagiarism, so I was reaching out to users on the list that do not appear to be plagiarizing. This is why I decided to contact you, because I feel you've been wrongfully added to that blacklist

The real reason for @juliank big list is his own algorithm for upvote people in contest not the people or abuse. All this false accusation from @juliank will be paid some days.
All a part of my investigative journalism and I did state that I did not think everyone on the list deserved to be on it. When I follow up with next weeks list I will have a different approach.
