PS. I definetively see them as 7 days old (I'm in the US). If you don't there could be a time zone rounding issue so to be safe stick to max 5.5 days old.

@eii Just checked. They seem upvoted to me..
If for any reason an upvote fails (network glitch, lags in the steem network that cause upvotes to be done within 3 seconds from each other, Steemit bugs, etc) there are other 2 scans later on. One is done from the same bot after a couple hours re-checking all the transactions and the other scan is done by a separate system a few times a day.
(I also manually check errors in my task monitor at the end of the day)
