In for Tai Chi and positive thinking. (mindfulness also, it's really a struggle to empty my mind when I am stressed, I feel like a masochist)
But when anger comes along in a powerful way, all I really want to do scream, break something, and then...go pee. I'm trying to solve this dynamic somehow :)I'm in for miooowwsturbating! (a #hardcore friend of mine broke a nail while in the process)
