This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

My mom speaks Tagalog and a few other dialects with English .. now me im only fluent in two languages , English and Kitchen Spanish. Hi dear Hivers, today I come to share with you in pictures a very special moment for my graduation promotion, promo XIV, as it was the request for godmother. In my university there is the tradition that some significant professor for the graduates is asked to be the godfather or godmother of the promotion. Our internal choice was 9 months or more ago, but we had not made the formal proposal.
As we wanted to do something different and that will characterize us, we decided to go to the university one day of meeting, where we knew that Professor Dinalva would be, and as we are characterized by demanding rights, protesting and raising minutes, we drafted one that at the beginning looked like a complaint but that actually said "Do you want to be our godmother of promotion?". When Professor Dinalva arrived she already knew that there was a student problem, so the registrar's head told her that he was also our accomplice.

Up In The Mountain To Celebrate My Grandfather's BIrthday!

My Lolo Inso (my grandfather) is already old, he is not his usual self unlike months ago that is still somehow strong. He is my Lola's sibling, my mother's mom. When Lolo Inso's wife died last year, I know the loss of his wife affected him. He is now already feeling ill and bedridden. It's also because he suffered from a stroke and he can barely move his right arm. He is being taken care of by his youngest daughter, Auntie Gloria.

As you can read in my title, today we are going to talk a little about dialogue and words, thanks to the initiative that leaves us the dear @damarysvibra in which she invites us to share our vision about constructive dialogue.

For a long time I was a person to whom it was difficult to convey a message effectively, sometimes I used to omit things to avoid repeating an idea or simply avoid getting upset for not being understood.

My strong communication problems even led me to have problems with my partner at that time, not being able to express my ideas and thoughts in the best way, which mixed with so many emotions and feelings became a time bomb that would explode at some point.
