This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.
OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

Hi, hiver, have you ever dreamed of a place you know exists, but you've never visited? Well, that happened to me. It was 2019 when I had just defended my master's thesis and I had another opportunity to socialize it in scientific meetings. My university received a call from the University of the Isle of Youth for a regional event and I was selected to represent my university along with two other professors and a student. I already knew my colleagues, but since that trip, the student became my friend and today, as he is a professor at the University, we still remember the experiences we lived. What I am going to write in this and in my next post is full of experiences full of emotion, adventure and moments that tend to be like the island marble: strong and shiny.

The situation took place about two months ago on a Thursday. That day I was not supposed to be at work at all, later it turned out that I had to go at four o'clock in the afternoon, and even later that at two o'clock. It’s the weekend again and I always anticipate weekend topics from @galenkp for the weekend engagement. Ufff if I had to choose which of all the picnics I've had with my current friends it would be very difficult, for every little thing we go to a park near the university where we study and sit down to hang out and eat something (even if it's just a cookie for 8 people hahaha). Hello hive friends especially from this beautiful community ofI really haven't been participating in the Hive learners community weekly contest for a while now. I am still getting a hang of losing my father inlaw who was like a father to me.And till now I am really still trying to be active on Hive the best way I can. Sometimes I get weak and Discouraged about what life is worth over everything and anything, making me fall behind on my participation on Hive.
