This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. Hello dear, introducing the Holos&Lotus community today, first I introduce myself, my name is Yesika and it is a pleasure for me to be able to share with you a little of my experience and experiences in regards to friendship, and the well-being that without a doubt generates our lives and the important thing is to feed our soul and friends are fundamental to this. For the top part I used a gray top with a very nice simple neckline, it was the first time I used it and I thought it was the perfect color to look good with the Cardigan which made it enhance the outfit, for the bottom part I used some white shorts and some white ankle boots too, I really loved how the final result turned out, the Cardigan was the key to this outfit, it can be used with any type of clothing and it looks great

In my back routine it was based on doing repetitions in the three types of pull-up grips, and a high and normal Austealian style, the routine was based on: -10 muscle-ups -15 pull-ups -15 chin-ups -15 neutral pull-ups -25 low Australians -30 Australian and that was it, I tried to rest a minute and a half per series and 3 minutes between exercises for a good recovery and to correctly execute all the exercises

However, in one way or another I always keep them in mind. That's why last week I went to visit my friend Mrs. Joyce for her birthday, who was turning 82. She is very lucid. Despite some health problems, she remains active, cooks, washes, cleans her house, and takes care of her 90-year-old husband, to whom she has been married for more than 6 decades.

May God bless you greatly, I am back here after a period of inactivity but I want to share with you some photos that I hold dear in my heart and it is about this trip "to the countryside" as we say in the family and it was nothing more and nothing less than Rancho Israel located in the state of Cojedes where we visited José Mieri with my husband, my mother-in-law and her daughter Eva who returned from Ecuador until recently for a visit, it was very gratifying since I had not been there for a long time, it was a nice reunion where we all laughed and enjoyed ourselves as much as possible.
