Today was a bit of a challenging day for my freestyle training. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't quite land all the moves I had planned. The swing 540 and geinger attempts were proving to be elusive, but to my relief, I was able to nail my swing tornado 360, a move I always enjoy. Even with the ups and downs, I feel satisfied. Spending time with friends while pushing my limits in calisthenics always energizes me. However, it's important to acknowledge that not every day is perfect. Those days when the moves don't flow smoothly are part of the process and teach us to be more resilient. Bad days are opportunities for growth. When we face challenges in our training, it's easy to get discouraged. But it's crucial to remember that these moments are chances to learn and improve. Every failure is an opportunity to analyze our technique, identify our weaknesses, and work on them. Perseverance is key. In the world of freestyle, as in any other aspect of life, the key to success is perseverance. Bad days are temporary and shouldn't define our progress. With dedication and consistent training, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve our goals. So, let's keep training and enjoying the process!

Our class everyday starts at 1:00 pm up to 8 pm. There's a break snack time. So, we went to the nearest Ayala Mall to buy needs for our school project and groceries. My Uncle gave us money and we have our friends together going there. We are not going out many time, we are still new in the city and we don't know yet the adjustment of the environment. We are lady from the province and we don't like crowded place even mall without my Uncle. To be safe most especially that there are so many bad guys around. I am still worrying my sister and me. There are so many snatcher and budol-budol gang. I saw many gangster which made me uncomfortable. So I invited our new friends and classmates at the same time. We are also looking for a friend that we can trust.
