Kohee Cafe is a Korean-style tea shop with its own brand name located next to my high school.😁 Kohee has been open for 2 years and is always crowded in the evening, which proves that the quality of drinks and the space here are very popular. This shop focuses mainly on strong oolong teas, with completely natural ingredients and no chemicals. The oolong tea here has a fragrant aroma and a strong bitter taste, if you are not used it, you may feel a bit drunk.
However, I think this is a characteristic of oolong tea, because this tea is not like green tea or black tea, it has a very unique( deep and special aroma.)
Kohee has many types of oolong tea and their variations. No matter how creatively it is processed, the oolong tea here still retains its own characteristic flavor. One of the special features of the shop is the oolong pearl dish. This pearl is green, made from oolong tea, has a very strong tea flavor and is not too sweet. Each pearl is chewy and more fragrant than other types of pearls. This green pearl is not as sweet as black pearl and is also much more fragrant than white pearl, and not every shop sells this type of pearl. The interesting thing is that this pearl can only be kept for 8 hours, if left for too long it will become hard, so always ensure that the pearls are fresh and delicious every time you enjoy it.
The shop is not only famous for its tea but also has a spacious, airy space. Kohee's outdoor yard can accommodate up to nearly 200 people. In particular, the area opposite the shop is building a park, so after the park is completed, Kohee will have an extremely beautiful view, overlooking the park, Soc Son school, notary office, English center and the surrounding area. With this prime location, the shop always attracts a lot of customers, especially in the evenings. And this Kohee shop knows its strengths, so in addition to selling tea, they also sell European food at prices not for students.
European dishes such as salad, pizza, pasta, beef steak, soup, potatoes... I'm not sure because I haven't tried eating on the 2nd floor. Although I haven't explored the 2nd floor space, I see many friends coming here to date, enjoy food under romantic candlelight. The 2nd floor of the shop also accepts decoration for birthday parties, dating parties or even organizing marriage proposals, creating a romantic space for couples. However, I only focus on reviewing the 1st floor of Kohee, because today I'm enjoying oolong tea with oolong pearls.
The price of drinks at Kohee is quite reasonable, from 30,000 - 40,000 VND, however, toppings such as pearls will have to be ordered separately. There aren't as many toppings as other tea shops, but just oolong pearls are enough to create the brand of this tea shop. Besides tea, the cakes here are also worth trying, I've enjoyed them and found them quite delicious. Sitting by the window, Kohee's space feels comfortable, however, the tables and chairs here are a bit low, making me feel back pain when sitting for a long time, especially if you are an office worker, need to sit for a long time with the computer. I Anyway, I finally found a corner by the window, where I can put my laptop and work while admiring the surrounding scenery. But if you are someone who likes private, quiet space, Kohee is not the ideal choice, because the shop is quite crowded and does not have many private corners. Anyway, people who are afraid of crowds like me still have to choose Kohee simply because the tea is delicious and strong
In short, Kohee is a cafe with a beautiful location, spacious space and delicious drinks, especially oolong tea and oolong pearls. Try it!
