It allows you to track your moods which helps with mental health issues in my case. It has a word cloud which I find quite fun and qwirky. It helps with reflecting. It doesnt allow you to write what happened during your day which I think could be included but it does ask you reflective questions that help relax you and really make you think. I reccommend this to anyone wanting a bit of routine and help calming and meditating. I love this app it really helps me keep track of my moods and the questions are great they help me look at things on my life other than just what happened that day i recommend it to my friend and she said it was exactly what she needed and it helps me in therapy as well it gives a visiual chart that my therapist can look at and see how i am doing.
