"You'll Float Too..."

To be blunt, this movie fucked me up in the best way. I can't believe they went to the extent they did in some scenes; the blend of horror and humor never ceased, and it never disappointed. 'IT' itself manifested itself into many of the children's fears throughout the film, but Pennywise has become such a mainstay that we see him most frequently.

A few scenes were so overbearing in terms of stress, that one can't help but to feel wholeheartedly for the abuse these kids are taking from all ends. It is a wild ride from beginning to end, and there is a lot of merciless violence which was somewhat unexpected for a film like this. Masterful performances from every member of the Loser's Club, along with the menacing and childlike tone of Pennywise made this film so different, and so much more awesome than any other horror film I've ever seen.

Bill Skarsgaard did a tremendous job as this devil clown with a taste for children; I will say that going into the film I was wary, but once I went through this 2 hour and 15 minute adventure I wanted more and more of that damn clown! This movie requires no pre knowledge, but seeing the former film helps give a guideline to the differences and improvements on the series.

Go see this film whether you enjoy horror or not, it covers the life and love of childhood...and 'IT' is as beautiful a film as it is frightening.

You gotta check it out, and ty for coming by!

It's such a great performance that you wish Muschietti had eased up on the CGI and just let Skarsgård do the talking hahaha
