here is my grapes drawing using the marco raffine pencils

hello steemit! on this post i am going to introduce you the marco raffine colored pencils that i bought on ebay! i love to drawings thats why i bought it. so i will going to unbox the item first.

so this is the casing of the colored pencils color grey. Raffine color pencils by Chinese brand Marco are part of their artists range, and have been a popular choice around the colouring groups for budget pencils that perform well.

you can choose in any numbers of pencils that you want to bought theres a 24-48 and 72 pencils, i choose 72 for complete colors.

this pencils are made in china but its smooth and wonderful pencils. The pencil barrels are slim and hexagonal shaped for a comfortable grip They're uniform in their silver body, each one stamped in black with the Marco name and color number.

and now am going to check the performance of the pencils and i will test the colour one by one.  The color pencils are oil based, but feel a little harder. You have to use quite a bit of pressure to eliminate all white spots and to make the color more vibrant, but a normal stroke gives a brilliant amount of pigment. The pencils  definitely better than other pencils in this price range, which I think has everything to do with the oil core..

Blending of cololrs is good, but not as seamless as higher grades. You have to work a lot harder with the pencils to achieve a radient, but it can be done.  i will you how the belnds on this flower..

pencil is not as soft as they need to be for a totally flawless blend, but again are still a superior choice if on a budget

The color pencils will only smudge slightly if a heavy hand is swept over them straight away

on this post i will shoe you my practice drawing using this marco raffine color pencil, lets start first with the leaves with some color blendings here..

my second practice art is the grapes with some color blending here..

trace many circles with blue violet color, lightly apply the blue violet along the edges of the grapes to create dept between them..

fill the middle with dark colors black"

add some blue violet to the shadow edges and continuie to deepen the areas with the blue violet pencil ..

here is the result,, good enough but not perfect as perfect as its just a practice

The vibrant laydown of pigment on and variety of shades blows all the other budget pencils out of the water! When anyone asks for a cheap pencil recommendation. I am going to point them towards Marco Raffine every time..

Amazing! I love them.

Those pencils really produce very nice colours. I'm not into drawing of any sort. I do however enjoy carving wood, antler, bone. Nothing fancy just a hobbie. Good luck.

These are great pencils for the price! I love my set...even more so, I LOVE my Marco Renoir Pencils! Comparable to Prismacolor!

neat article .. I also have Marco Raffine I think they are great compared to how cheap they are
