Thank you! Honestly take it day by day and make a two year plan. We always have a two year plan/goal that we really try our hardest to stick to...sometimes the daily goals aren't always met but if we are on track for the two year goal we are happy..does that make sense? We've learned that rewarding ourselves is much more constructive than restricting and punishing ourselves. We will sacrifice our lofty ideals for the betterment of our mental well being!
