Health is an asset. Allah Almighty created us to worship Him alone. Therefore, proper worship requires physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This is one of the good health deposits offered by the Great Lord to a believer. Hadith Sharif has come, Rasulullah (sa) says - Most people are delusional and deceitful about the two blessings. They are - wellness and leisure. (Sahih Bokhari) Among the blessings that will be asked of servants on the Day of Resurrection, the first question will be asked in the context of wellness. He will be told that I did not give you physical fitness? (Tsunami Tiramisu)

In Islam's view, "adherence to hygiene is better to maintain health in the normal state than to get sick and to receive medical treatment." In modern times, medical science admits that the theory of Islam is that of the new color. That is, prevention is better than cure. Immediate medical treatment is necessary in the eyes of the Islamic Shari'ah. Viswanabi (pbuh) used to treat himself when he was ill and encouraged his followers to seek treatment. He would say, 'O Allah's servants! You get treatment Because the great Allah Ta'ala did not create any disease which did not prevent it. But there is a disease that has no antidote, that is old age. ”(Sunan Abu Dawood)

People are ready to receive any doctor's advice or treatment to stay healthy. But if the Prophet (peace be upon him) fulfilled all the instructions given to the human being about one and a half thousand years ago, the well-being is decided. So the following are some of the guidelines that keep you healthy -

Humans are usually diseased by food and drink. The main cause of all diseases is the human stomach. Therefore, in the case of food intake, a moderate amount of food must be taken. Islam has instructed the moderates to act on this and discourages them to eat too much. Hadith Sharif states that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "One-third of the stomach will be left empty with food, one-third for drinking and one-third for breathing." (Sunnah ibn Majah).

Covering food and drink. The Prophet (peace be upon him) emphasized that food and drink should always be covered. Because it risks illness and human death. In Hadith Sharif, Irshad said: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) said," You should cover food and drink, close the mouth of the mosque, turn off the lamp and close the door of the house. Because the devil cannot open the closed door, neither can the closed door nor the closed vessel. If one of you does not find something like a vessel, he should put a wood in the horizon and remember the name of Allah. ”(Sunnah bin Majah)

Start eating without blowing food. There can be many types of diseases due to swelling in food and drink. Narrated from Hazrat Abu Sa'id Khudri. The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade the water to boil. One urged, what to do if dirt garbage was sometimes seen in the container? He (pbuh) said, 'pour it out.' (Tirmizi, Riyadus Salehin) has advised modern science to be compelling. This is because, by blowing it with water, it combines with carbon dioxide, which is likely to cause harmful complications to our body.

Everyone needs to have a habit of keeping their hands clean. Through which one can easily avoid illness. The hand carries various types of germs and raises various health risks. Therefore, to be free of diseases, regular hands should be washed thoroughly. In the right rules, the practice of hand washing works more than a good vaccine. Therefore, Islam has been instructed to wash hands before and after eating one and a half thousand years ago. The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered the washing of hands before eating. Narrated by 'Amzaan Ayesha. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to wash both hands up to the wrist before eating. 'Hazrat Abu Hurairah reported: He said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went to the closet, I would carry water in brass or leather for him. Then he wiped his hands on the ground with Sa. istienza. (Abu Dawood in Sunnah)

Physical wellness and mental well-being are essential. Rather, mental well-being is a prerequisite for physical well-being. Because mental calmness and spirits increase the body's immunity. Mental anxiety and restlessness reduce the body's immunity. That is why Islam has given great importance to the system of marital life with a focus on mental health. In addition to this, worship of Islam and zikir-azakar can also be achieved. In the Holy Quran Allah Ta'ala says, "Know! The heart is satisfied by the ziky of Allah Ta'ala. (Surah Raad: 20).

Decoration - Cleanliness is a fundamental part of Islam and an organ of faith. It has also been directed to keep the environment clean. Because of environmental pollution, many kinds of diseases are spread in human society. In the hadith, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'You should keep your courtyard clean on all sides. Do not imitate the Jews. They store garbage in the house. ”(Sunnah Tirmizi) Moreover, if one obeys Islamic instructions in the case of miswak, ozu, bath, clothing, etc., then he will be safe from contagious diseases.

Abandonment is prohibited everywhere. Because it has the potential to spread the disease. Hadith Sharif has come, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'You are living from three cursed persons. They are the ones who leave excreta in the water, in the streets and in the shade of trees. ”(Sunan Abu Dawood)

In a nutshell, the science which has been diagnosed and prevented by the modern science of human disease, has been fully described in the Qur'an and Hadith by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) about one and a half thousand years ago. Therefore, Islam is the name of a life system where the steps that need to be taken for the welfare and success of humanity have been done. If one obeys Islam's guidance on health and medical, then he can lead a beautiful life. May Allah help us. Amen.
