I always seem to forget I enjoy tofu until I go to a restaurant and someone uses it well. Then I try to do the same at home and can never impart any flavor. I sense this recipe may be my next, hopefully successful attempt - although i'n gonna up the spicyness level a bunch - been trying to acclimate myself to really spicy food.
