Hi @arthur.grafo. You are spot on with your comment there. That is actually something I do every day (walking). And yes I prefer to do it alone, so I can take in my surroundings while listening to music or a podcast. It's extremely relaxing. However the depression is only a byproduct or symptom of the cause, related to another medical condition. I know that's a little vague, but that's deliberate. I wrote this with that in mind, to have a record of how I was feeling or thinking and to have a reference point for the future, to go back and reflect on it. Thanks for your comment and advice!
