Rickysphotochallenge Week 4 Entry #1 - Dramatic skies: Evening Clouds

I took this a couple of weeks ago in the city of Mainz, Germany. This is a thunderstorm forming in the evening glow after the sun has set. A few hours later it was pouring with rain. I really liked the different shades of purple that the dying sun cast on these clouds.

Taken with a Fuji XT-10 using Velvia film simulation and a C/Y Carl Zeiss Distagon 50mm f/1.4; Settings: ISO 400, f/8, 1/250
