Is that Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in Germany getting rebuilt? Or is it a 'ruin'? It's a shame to let beautiful buildings fall to ruin.
As far as I know they don't have any plans to rebuild it. It's being left in ruin as a memorial. Its been like this since world war 2, so I guess it's probably protected now.
