Everyone at Rio de Janeiro’s iconic stadium Maracana admitted that it was anti-depressant despite the narrow budget and the stresses the country is facing as its going through the worst economic time and recession in 80 years. Nearly ten thousand police man were in charge of the security around and at the gates of the stadium.
