Ripple Trade

in #ripple7 years ago

In the most recent sell of in the markets, I was selling my SBD and turning them into Tethers on bittrex. Even though some of the sell of was do to Tether drama, I still needed to find a place to hide out for a bit. I have had my eye on ripple for a while now, and when it dropped below a dollar, that is where I started to buy. My reasons for buying are below.

  1. I am all in Steem, and needed to diversify.

  2. I have some bankers I know, and they are using ripple.

  3. It is below a dollar, humans tend to buy stuff that is cheap. Example. If you have 10K you can get 1 bitcoin, or 10000 ripple. Everyone likes more.

  4. I could get more, and hopefully make more money.

These are my reasons for ripple, and I will be holding it for a while. Unless we get a huge move up.

Sort:

it was a ripple, rather surprisingly, which I thought, there was never a movement in the time before it😊

Ripple sbd crytocurrency money life steem

Everyone wants to make money, sir. I am your support :)

With the crypto market being so driven by perception, you have a valid point in considering how others will react. That being said, I think if you have a chance you should check out some other coins and continue to diversify, as it will only benefit your portfolio moving forward to slightly weather the inevitable volatility of crypto. Best of luck to you! Hope we all strike it rich

Cyrptos are definitely not a mature market, where you have a lot of automated trades yet.

Hmmmm.. Your point of view is strong enough to change my opinion.. All points are hitting me.. Thanx for sharing

Ripple? I really don't know.

Ripple reached $1.20 during the weekend, now in an excellent position to lead the gains.
Ripple is looking like the most advanced Cryptocurrency after having risen strongly during the weekend

Probably a good idea to get out of Tethers. I think you'll save yourself hardship ad heartache in the longrun by doing that. Also, I think that Ripple has a lot of potential and even though people don't like it because it's centralized, I think it's going back up. If you have the spare cash, I think it's probably a great time to buy.

Not financial advice. Do your own research. Your decisions are your own.

People also don't like it, because it has 100 billion coins, there will be more coin printing, I believe 1billion per bach and CEO owns 60% of it.

That is one of the downsides for sure.

Personally, I would stay away from ripple. It's just a flavor of the month, because of the sudden rise. On top of that is a centralized coin, which doesn't make a difference. It's like any other fiat, just a different name for transactions. The point of decentralized project/transactions is to remove the middleman, which ripple is not doing.

There are much better projects, even undervalued that I invested or would invest before thinking about ripple. I won't mention here because people will be like stop shilling this coins, but if you are interested I have the same name on steem.chat.

Hey, @ bigram13!!! Nice Post.
I always Expecting such type of informative post on your blog.

I think if you have a probability you should take a gander at some extraordinary coins and continue broadening, as it will simply benefit your portfolio pushing ahead to some degree atmosphere the unavoidable unsteadiness of computerized cash. Swell is looking like the most outstanding Cryptocurrency in the wake of having risen unequivocally in the midst of the finish of the week.

Nice I will take a look at it. Definitely Diversification, half of these coins will be going away soon.

This is the optimistic mindset in line with the informed risk involved in crypto currencies. Just as i advice those involved in whatever crypto currencies they are in, for me u am an investor in bitc9bitcoin and we know how ut hasn't been funny lately with its market value and dollar rate,it dropped! But yet there has been statistical proof that it will have a massive boom months to come and these are analysis from great analyst. So @bigram i admire your speculation on your ripple and points while sticking to it a good vision should be taken and learned from you..thanks for the info and mindset given

i like repple becouse i alweys trad repple.... thank you post ..... i am follow your next post...

You made the right choice.
Maybe for a little bit shallow reasons but i'm ok with it. :-)

All jokes aside, xrp is the only large scale real world implementation of crypto, blockchains etc. The fundamentals are the strongest they could be.

Huge partnerships are announced every few days, it will be a snowball effect. This will drive demand up - a lot - causing the price to skyrocket.

$10 is the minimum target for this year.

Don't sell before that ;-)

Wow, 10 bucks, I was looking for 2 or 3 I like the way you think

I'm a huge fan of Ripple. I first got into ripple back in August. I was just starting out in the crypto world and I got into Litecoin and Ripple. At the time Ripple was trading at $0.22. Needless to say I was quite pleased on Chritsmas morning when it was moonshoting. I eventually sold oit at the $2.75 mark. I think long term this coin can get to much higher price point so this would be a great time to be getting back in. The utility is excellent and it is becoming more widely adopted all the time.

@bigram13 , I am gonna sell my SBD and turning them into Tether like you did
Thank you for advice
