I haven't invested in Ripple for personal reasons relating to the project itself, but what I have observed is that it is very susceptible to reactions about rumours. This makes the price fluctuate quickly depending on whether there's a FUD rumour going around or likewise one about being listed on Coinbase etc. People need to be careful trading this one!
