Ripple Scam

in #ripple7 years ago

Ripple has recently gone to a market cap higher than Bitcoin (as per max supply). How can a scam coin which is not even a crypto (no decentralized system) achieve that? First of all, Ripple is not even linked to the company valuation. This is one of the biggest scam you can come across in the crypto world.

Now let us talk about Ripple coin. None of the banks have confirmed that they are using Ripple as a currency to enable the exchange. Using Ripple company to build a proprietary blockchain based transactions does not give anything to crypto Ripple investors. Also, why would banks support the currency anyway that is being speculated on and price will always keep going up, which means that transaction cost will keep going up.

I hope people come to senses and understand that Ripple is good as a concept and useful for company to raise money but it is not worth the valuation it commands right now. Ethereum should be quoting at $10k if Ripple is above $2 if you compare the actual utility of the currency/coin it represents and the valuation the technology delivers to the actual business when used as designed.

Ripple is a scam...built by bankers for bankers. They made a coin they can print to infinity and people are giving up their BTC and ETH for it. The bankers are screwing the people who buy that crap coin because that is what bankers do....and sheepole fall for it every time.

completely agree with your comment. Waiting for them to dump it soon to take the money of the table. I think they may pump a little more before they do it.

I am not sure what you mean by bitcoin market. If you mean bitcoin price, bitcoin is taking a breather. But it will recover as people come back from vacation and specially as ETFs launch and institutional money pours in. Overall, at current valuation of over $13k, it is still way higher than what it was last year this time (around $1k). So, one should not look at it as a trading play and hold for long term.
