Our latest update is now live, and it's packed with a host of changes designed to significantly enhance the overall user experience. We've been listening to your feedback and working hard behind the scenes to bring you improvements that we believe will make your time in the game even more enjoyable.
🎸 New “Indie” Game Category
We have introduced a new “Indie” game category ahead of schedule to support smaller studios. This category features specific rules to level the playing field:
- Up to 3 team members
- Maximum project cost: 250 PXL
- Project duration: 6+ hours
🔄 Dynamic Rating Algorithm Configuration
To keep the game engaging and dynamic, we’ve revamped the rating algorithm. Previously, the perfect development points allocation for a specific game type was fixed. Now, the configuration will dynamically adjust when a new “masterpiece” is released (at most once every 3 days). While the overall balance is maintained based on genre/theme/platform, exact values will be fine-tuned within predefined ranges.
This change means that genre/theme combinations that were previously less effective should now yield better results, providing more opportunities for diverse and successful game development.
💳 Support for Multiple Payment Options in Shop
In our effort to make the game more accessible, you can now purchase licenses and packs using various crypto tokens. This feature is supported by Sellix (https://sellix.io/), integrated as a new payment gateway option.
🛋️ Quality of Life Improvements
- Market Price Adjustments: You can now change the market price without having to unlist and relist items.
- New Game Page Enhancements: We’ve made several improvements to streamline the creation of new games.
