In the Netherlands they have an anarchist group called 'The Tuf Tuf club' that come up with new & interesting ways of destroying speed cameras, They posted some of the more entertaining ways on the internet.
The French got rid of wheel clamps from the country they carried superglue with them & whenever they saw one they glued the lock on it rendering it useless. No wheel clamps in France now.
We can learn a lot from the Dutch & the French :)

All I can find is a picture; This one has had expanding building foam sprayed in the hole at the back of the camera. That stuff doesn't stop expanding for anything

I dug into this, as I am pretty interested in pushback on this issue.
The Tuf Tuf club no longer exists. I found a post on AudiSRS.com from 2010 that claims that LEOs hunted Frank Jacobs down, so he left. Then the name was claimed by the publisher of a Belgian comic.
I found one vid, but it was pulled by BBC for copyright.
Makes me sad, but it's not unexpected.
