Greetings everyone, 👋
Piano: A universal classic, a large musical instrument with a percussive string keyboard. Rising Star cards show us the two types of piano that exist: grand and upright.
Frédéric François Chopin: A French-Polish piano virtuoso, teacher, composer and pianist, considered one of the most important representatives of musical romanticism who wrote mainly for piano alone. Chopin has been recognized worldwide as one of the greatest musicians of the 19th century.
Linking the Rising Star Game cards for these two dimensions produces the wonderful, sensitive and delicate sound of the Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2. It is one of Chopin's best-known and most beautiful works, which he composed in the key of E flat major when he was twenty years old. This nocturne has a very unusual structure that makes it especially exquisite.
Chopin took about fifteen years to compose all of his nocturnes. Together they add up to approximately two hours of music, depending on the interpretation given. Therefore, they have an average duration of just over five minutes.
I hope you enjoy the harmony conveyed by these few minutes of Chopin's music:
