En las Cartas Rising Star, muchas son las maravillosas cantantes que aparecen frente a sus micrófonos, por mencionar algunas, ya que la lista sería interminable, están: Donna Common 87, Athena Common 133, Linda Common 179, Kimberly Rare 38, Romy Rare 166, una de ellas me trae a la memoria a una extraordinaria cantante, se trata de la carta Epic 33 Grace, y la artista a la que nos referimos es Amy Winehouse.
Amy Winehouse, cantante y compositora británica que lanza en octubre de 2006 Rehab, tema escrito por la propia artista y producida por Mark Ronson.
Consiguió entre otros galardones ser la mejor interpretación vocal pop femenina.
Su música viene a ser una mezcla de Soul y Rhythm and Blues (música popular afroamericana) con influencias del Hiphop, lo que ha venido a llamarse Neo-Soul.
El album con el tema Rehab fue el más vendido en el mundo en 2007.
Por otro lado, a modo de anécdota, cabe destacar la estética de la cantante con un peinado alto en forma de “colmena” que llegó a ser una inspiración y tendencia de estilo en su momento.
