Did you get em all?
Crimbo Event.
Chrimbo event is almost at its close. Did you get all of the crafting cards you wanted?
At the start of the Chrimbo event 2024. An option for thrown out to players of the game. An option to reserve a crafting card. The card did not need to be specific.
Only requirement was it had to be a crafting card.
Common sense I thought many would apply and not reserve a card made from 3 3 3 3 cards.
The advantage offered was. That card you found hard to get would be made available to those participating.
Trenton Lundy was the only one to take advantage of the offer. @trentonlundy1 let me know the card you want from the Chrimbo event.
Chrimbo Event.
I see now people in the chat still needing just a couple of pieces for their collection.
This was the pilot offer. Made it as dirt cheap as possible for people to take advantage of.
By a deposit of just 5 HIVE a card could be reserved.
Maybe I made it too cheap. Considering buying a 1 1 1 1 card from the market is over 50 HIVE.
HA. That would have been a big personal loss if more than Trenton took advantage of the offer.
All in all I feel this is a great thing for players. Overall thehive account will lose on this. But it will open new doors too. Where the doors lead to is not known yet. Much of this depends on those who make use of it.
How it works.
How would something like a card club work?
It will work through the rising star card club. An account has been made @rscardclub.
Cards available will be held in the rscardclub account.
The range of cards available will not be limited. Event cards and cards from packs will become available. These cards will be supplied by the account thehive.
Not all cards are available from a single subscription.
Players can choose from a range of subscription services.
Event subs.
Sub. 20 HBD year 1.
15 HBD year 2.
10 HBD year 3 onward.
Event subs will give a player the chance to reserve an event card from all events through the year. 20 HBD works out to be less than 50 HIVE, the cost of one card.
Limitations.
Only one card can be chosen from each event unless there is a surplus of cards.
Players who already gained a 1 1 1 1 card from rscardclub. Cannot avail of a second card for the same 10 HIVE.
A second purchase of an event card 1 1 1 1 will be 20 HIVE and then 30 HIVE. After 3 purchases the same 30 HIVE will be applied to a crafted card of 1 1 1 1.
Cards with 3 1's at 8 HIVE.
Cards with 2 1's at 5 HIVE.
Cards with a single 1 at 2 HIVE.
Epic and Legend.
500,000 STARBITS will be allocated for the purchase of Card packs each week.
This purchase of cards will be done live on the twitch stream each Sunday.
Epic cards.
Sub. 10 HBD per year
Epic cards will come from pack purchases supplied by thehive account.
All Epic cards will be available to subscribers at a 2 HIVE until out of print and then increase to 5 HIVE when out of print.
Legend Cards.
Sub. 15 HBD.
Legend cards while still in print will be released to club members at 5 HIVE wile in print and 20 HIVE when out of print.
Common and rare cards will be sold on the market.
Special cards will also be available for Club members (Excluding crafted cards).
Specials will be available at a maximum cost of 50,000 STARBITS.
All subscriptions should be sent to @rscardclub.

Concept.
The concept is three easy steps.
- Build a generator.
- Fuel it.
- Let it run.
How you view or interpret what those three things mean, may differ from mine. That's the magic.
This project is acting as a proof of concept. Generator built fueled and running.
On a small scale it shows the power of people working together to improve things for everyone. Regardless of social standing. The benefits are equal to everyone. The equity is equal to input, the effort you put in, is the reward you get. (With random luck on cards selection).
Scale it up. Providing a demand for HBD and HIVE.

Hi. I don't like this idea. I see it as fair competition. I wouldn't mind if the card club selling account would buy the cards directly from the market paying market prices.
I don't like the idea of it guaranteeing to get cards at a pre-set price.
I see it aimed at a very small group of players.
I think it will hurt the appeal of events and special cards.
It's like seeing in chat that a big player hires a smaller one to make the special cards for him. If he does that, he won't buy them from the market. This is why I didn't bother playing the Christmas event and it's highly likely that I won't craft either.
I believe in the game of supply and demand but only on equal terms. That's why I don't like this idea.
