Have two basic wheel done for the Twitch. One for Bits and one for cards. The more exclusive wheels I am hesitant on. I can see those just being a whirlpool. I see thing items I place on those wheels as more High value. Legend and Epic cards, Special cards, STARPRO and other tokens. Artist recordings. All the not so cheap stuff.
While I do not mind to share. I would like the sharing to help growth so more could be shared.
I might even end up to make just a common wheel that gets used just for Twitch viewers.
Then the wheel with Rare would be for those who play the game too.
Then the more interactions of various kinds can enable an Exclusive spin. Kinda like a tier system I guess.
So I was thinking about the music. The tunes in the game. My own opinion is, if we buy it we should be able to own it. It is ours to do with what we please. With the exception of copy and resale or giveaway.
Now going to every artist in the game with a released recording and negotiating what can be given for use of a song. That's a bloody joke.
You are a music artist. Do you want your music heard? You all need to agree on a HBD price for a download.
Now If I buy the recording and want to use it on a show. Whats the story there?
Opening a can a worms. Point is. Can't gave it every way you like it. A HBD value set and agreed on as a value for a track. For various reasons Artists can decide to decrease this cost, but should agree not to exceed it.
For the use of recordings in shows as background music or other. Have a second listing of the same song for twice the value. In this recording should be added Play Rights.
This is simple and the effort of going to all Artists avoided. If an artist wants their recording played for others to hear. They can choose to list the recording at a value up to twice that of the agreed release HBD value.
