@jfang003 keep grinding away at those auditions. My luck has changed, but I'm still only doing one audition a day. I only have 1 more band member to unlock now though.

I felt the same way. But my luck really turned around in the last 7 sessions. Most players said it took them 40 tries. It took me 21, which equates to 25 days since I only ran the gig once a day and forgot sometimes! Keep grinding dude. Your luck is bound to change.
