An injustice has already happened being that Kyle Rittenhouse is even on trial.

The only lingering question is in regard to the events leading up to Rosenbaum being shot.

Anthony Huber assaulted Rittenhouse with a blunt object and Gaige Grosskreutz threatened Rittenhouse with a gun.

The thing is, the prosecutors needed to have questioned their witnesses before pursuing charges against Rittenhouse and the witnesses for the prosecution are making Rittenhouse's case.

A witness has testified that Rosenbaum said, in Rittenhouse's presence, that if he found any of "them" (meaning the people defending people's property) alone, he'd kill them. Another witness testified that Rosenbaum was yelling "mother fucker" at Rittenhouse while reaching for Rittenhouse's gun and lunging forward. The same witness said that Rittenhouse tried to dodge Rosenbaum while cornered before resorting to firing his weapon.

These are witnesses that the prosecution called and Rittenhouse is only being proven more innocent by the day.

Murder charges never should have been filed.

Sort:

Gaige Grosskreutz should be charged with attempted murder. Its clear as day that he committed a war crime when he ran up on a man on the ground with a gun, who just had been attacked by multiple people. He put his hands up and then dropped his hand with a gun in it to Kyles head. He said Kyles gun malfunctioned, but that is provably false.

If Kyles gun had failed to chamber the next round, Kyle would have had to re-rack the magazine, by pulling back on the charging handle 3-4 inches and it also would have ejected an unspent round. There was no unspent round found in the crime scene. Gaige made up the malfunction to justify his cowardly actions. Kyle ran by Gaige and told him he was going to the police. Gaige then proceed to incite the crowd around him as he chased Kyle. As he was chasing Kyle, he pulled a Glock 27 from the small of his back.

So a dude who thinks he is going after an active shooter alledgedly, allows the crowd to run ahead of him to confront a person who is running away, to the police for help. He used the crowd as a human shield when he realized they have either been shot or ran away, he then put his hands up and fake surrendered, before getting disarmed.

Something I will continue to say about this is that: (copied from someone else)

This shouldn't be political.

a) misinformed about the case
b) don't understand the law
or
c) a very malicious person If you genuinely believe #KyleRittenhouse is guilty of any homicidal crime you are either
