You are to kind. It would take free airfare and a ticket...I probably could manage a hotel and food. The kids are just to expensive...well we let them be to expensive. Between horseback riding lessons, parkour, volleyball, and so forth they eat up pretty much all of my expendable money. But they are very well rounded kids and keep great grades to keep being allowed to do their activities so it's worth the sacrifices on my end.

I hear you on all that about kids. Mine went to all kinds of places, classes and camps that cost an arm and a leg while I stayed home. I don't regret any of it.
You can still do these contest posts though. You never know, and I do not think the Fests can ever be in the US because so many steemers would not be able to get through the border requirements there.
