Rotaract is a service club that brings together young people between the ages of 18 and 30. It was created in 1968 in the United States by Rotary International. Its name comes from the contraction of the terms ROTary and ACTion. There are now over 7,500 Rotaract clubs in 156 countries with over 173,000 members.
Each Rotaract club must be sponsored by a Rotary club.
