This is good stuff @royaleagle. I think it's an absolute crock that there can be a limit on return on investment but then the negative return can drop with no bottom, or a bottom of like 40%. I think that if there is a cap on return on investment then bottom return should be 0% return in my humble opinion. Then again I am not a bot owner.

The bot owners see them as cash machines and not advertising services that should only promote good content... They are trying to maximize their returns at the expense of the newbies on the block-chain. Everyone's advice to newbies is spend some money on the bots to get more exposure... There are a few bot owners who cap the - returns to 10% and have no profit limit....
