Ingredients
1/4 kg of beef has inside, cut to taste
1/2 kg lung cow, boil until tender, cut into chunks according to taste

6 btr of garlic
10 btr onion
1.5 tsp granulated pepper
More spices
4 stalks of lemongrass
5 orange leaves
2 grains of mace
4 btr cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
Salt
Sugar
4 liters of water
200 ml thick coconut milk
1 tbsp oil
Step
Saute the finer spices with lemongrass and lime leaves until cooked.
Pour water, put meat and lungs, cinnamon, cardamom, and lawang flowers. Cook until well done.
Put salt and sugar. Icipi was great.
Enter the coconut milk. Bring to a boil over a low heat.
Serve with chunks of tomatoes & boiled potatoes.
