Thank you Steve. We also went out and tried but it was more of a stumble and slip than a run. Need to get adjusted to the snow and try again.

No snow here yet, but we don't usually get much. I'd be very cautious about running on snow

@dragosroua is a long distance runner, too.

Yes, I know :) I don't do really long distances. The people here inspire me to keep going

Good on you for getting out and into it ;-)

7kms is not to be sneezed at, especially if you're coming down with a cold ;-)

i managed to get out yesterday as well and had the opposite problem to cold and damp - it was super hot and dry. I nearly ran out of water and decided to not go and run another 20kms. (that would have been silly)

But I did get to check out the course for my next ultra and it's not as bad as I thought it might be.

I just hope that it is a bit cooler when I do the hill climb on race day.

Glad to see you're keeping the running up and keeping motivated.

I needed a run. Will try to keep it up through the winter

Well done, I managed a 5k run before work

Well done to you too

Nice running @steevc, especially the morning after the night before!

Sometimes you just have to get out there. I'll try to run again this weekend. Just getting over my cold

Yeah I know what you mean. I hate running with a cold, hope you're over it soon.

Thank you steeev , I'm also working on this
