Back to the center of Slovenia and back to my usual daily paths. Weather these days is very "summer" :) But it is not too hot. Not too humid. So actually I am able to run 5 km under 6 km/hour pace in early afternoon (it was around 28 degrees Celsius). If I may share, I watched another running documentary. It is quite old, but it is motivational for all of you who are preparing for your first marathon. Fairly good description of preparation, marathon itself, spirit around it... Even the title reveals what it is all about: "Spirit of the Marathon" and you can watch it directly on this link.
Create YOUR life! Today is a new day to do it :)
Another surprising run. I felt a bit lethargic, but when I started to run, I wanted to go with a bit faster pace and this developed in a fairly fast 5K run (for me).

Good fast run @dailyrunner .
Form time to time, "tightening the screws" is a good practice.
Thanks ;) I knew you would comment my "fast" run :)
You have the faster pace for warm-up run... so let's not exaggerate ;)
Good time for that distance! Well done! And nice reflection
thanks :)
Nice track and good running time!
hvala :)
