It seems like I am finally able to get back running after my foot injury. I am no where close to the level of fitness I was at back in November but I have been able to get back to the track at least. In the past starting back up from an injury or vacation has always been tough for me. I'm just not able to motivate myself to get back into the training mindset. I will always just tell myself "I'll go tomorrow" but it seems like that tomorrow never comes. But I am glad to say I'm back and so glad to put these shoes back on. What makes you motivated to train?
