Daily Running Challenge - Day #21 - Recovery Run

Three weeks of daily running completed!

Today was just gorgeous outside. In the morning I went skiing:

After that I went for a short run to recover from my week of running. In total I did 9.04 km with an average heart rate of 140 bpm. Here are the details of my run:
